Preventive Care & Recovery Program

Certain types of cancers are preventable by following a healthy lifestyle. These include maintaining a healthy body weight, following a balanced eating pattern, exercising regularly, and avoiding alcohol, tobacco, and cigarette smoking. A preventive food for cancer approach, combined with healthy eating for cancer prevention, may help reduce the risk of developing certain cancers. We also support cancer survivors in the recovery phase through cancer recovery nutrition, helping restore nutritional status, rebuild strength after cancer treatment, and improve overall well-being after treatment.

About Preventive Care & Recovery Program

Preventive Food for Cancer

Our Preventive Care Program focuses on reducing cancer risk through healthier lifestyle and dietary choices. It includes personalised nutrition guidance to improve eating habits and manage lifestyle disorders such as obesity, fatty liver, uncontrolled diabetes, and heart disease. The program also promotes preventive food for cancer, cancer prevention nutrition, and a balanced anti cancer diet to support long-term health.

Our Recovery Program supports cancer survivors after treatment by focusing on post treatment nutrition support and rebuilding overall nutritional health. A personalised diet after cancer treatment or cancer recovery diet can help rebuild strength, restore healthy weight, and support nutritional recovery based on individual needs. This approach also includes nutrition for cancer recovery to support the transition back to daily life after treatment.

Program duration:

    • One-time consultation
    • 2 weeks program

How we work?

Assessment

We will send across an assessment form you which captures all the essential details we require

Scheduling an appointment:

Once you have finished filling out the form, we do a detailed assessment. We then schedule a 15 minute call to discuss key issues, challenges faced, expectations, our approach and suggest would be an appropriate program for you.

Getting started:

Based on our discussion and our expertise, we curate a diet plan for you. It is made keeping in mind the diagnosis, treatment severity, nutritional needs, cultural preferences, and expected/experienced side effects of treatment.

Support and Follow-up:

We have weekly follow ups to monitor progress and overall nutritional status. For certain more challenging and delicate cases, we encourage a daily update. Changes in the diet plans, answering queries, suggesting alternatives and recipes are done as a part of our routine follow ups.

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

What is the meaning of preventive care?

Preventive care focuses on reducing cancer risk through healthy lifestyle habits such as maintaining a healthy body weight, following a balanced eating pattern, exercising regularly, and avoiding alcohol and tobacco. Personalised nutrition guidance can also support healthier eating habits and long-term well-being.

Why is preventive care and recovery support important?

According to the World Health Organization, about 30–50% of all cancers may be preventable through healthy lifestyle choices. Prevention remains one of the most cost-effective long-term strategies for cancer control. At the same time, nutrition after chemotherapy and personalised post treatment nutrition support may help improve nutritional status, rebuild strength, and support overall recovery. Following an anti cancer diet along with good cancer prevention nutrition habits may support overall health before, during, and after cancer treatment.

What is the goal of cancer recovery care?

The goal of cancer recovery care is to support patients after treatment by improving nutritional status, helping rebuild strength after cancer treatment, restoring a healthy weight, and supporting overall well-being. A tailored recovery diet after cancer treatment can provide personalised nutrition support based on individual recovery needs.

How does cancer recovery care support long-term health?

For individuals who have completed treatment, personalised cancer recovery nutrition, nutrition for cancer recovery, and diet after cancer treatment guidance can help restore nutritional status, maintain a healthy weight, rebuild strength, and support overall well-being based on individual needs and medical guidance.

What does cancer recovery care involve?

Cancer recovery care focuses on supporting patients after cancer treatment through post cancer treatment nutrition, improving nutritional status, rebuilding strength, restoring healthy weight, and supporting a return to daily activities. Personalised cancer survivor nutrition guidance can help address individual nutritional needs during the recovery phase.

What is the goal of preventive care?

The goal of preventive care is to help individuals adopt healthier lifestyle habits and reduce exposure to cancer risk factors. A personalised preventive food for cancer plan and guidance on foods to reduce cancer risk can support healthier eating habits and long-term well-being.

How does preventive care support long-term health?

Preventive care focuses on reducing exposure to cancer risk factors such as obesity, poor eating habits, alcohol consumption, and cigarette smoking. Eating foods to reduce cancer risk, including fruits, vegetables, and fibre-rich foods, while following healthy eating for cancer prevention, may support long-term health.
